Back Story

In the Summer of 2022, WorkRate and Flex Soccer deployed Summer Speed Camp Tampa, a pilot program to understand the needs of the players in Pasco County. Through extensive research and development, we’ve developed a battle-tested system that has proven to produce some of the fittest players in the Tampa area. The Elite Soccer Performance Program is a product of two years of learning and we are excited to be back in Tampa for our third year.

Stats Don’t Lie!

Summer Speed Camp produced positive results for all players with just one block of training.
